CORPORATE EVENT MARKETER
Marketing professionals employed by a company whose primary business focuses on the technology industry (Examples: Intel, SAP, HP, Microsoft or Symantec). Corporate Event Marketers participate in established events, produce their own proprietary events, manage sponsorship opportunities or contribute to marketing, messaging and branding experiences. This category is exclusive to brand/client side event marketers.
Within the CORPORATE EVENT MARKETER category, there are two options:
Corporate ($795) Includes four members from the same company. Additional memberships can be purchased for $125 per person. For additional memberships (after the first four), please select "Event Marketer Add On" under Membership Type below, and complete a separate application for each additional member.
Individual ($295) Includes one member. An Individual Corporate Event Marketer membership can be upgraded to a corporate category membership at any time for $500.
INDUSTRY PARTNER
Any company that would market to brand/client side Corporate Event Marketers such as vendors or agencies. This category includes, but is not limited to, company’s involved in event marketing, audio/visual, equipment rental, technical services, exhibit design & production, transportation, promotional products, research, speaker program management, and show management.
New Industry Partners are required to recruit a Corporate Event Marketer member before their application can be approved. New members are considered any company or individual who was not an active member between February 2, 2011 and October 31, 2011.
Within the INDUSTRY PARTNER membership, there are four options:
1. CEMA Standard Corporate IP Membership: $1000
- Up to 4 members included in membership
- Members receive monthly e-Newsletter
- Listing in CEMA Member Directory
- Access to CEMA Job Posting
- Access to Member Directory
- Invitation to all CEMA events
- Invitation for up to 4 to register to attend annual conference CEMA Summit
2. CEMA Standard Corporate IP Membership: CEMA Gold Corporate IP Membership: ONLY 5 AVAILABLE at $3,500
In addition to the benefits of a Standard Corporate IP Membership:
- Seat on Best Practice Industry Expert Panel web seminar
- Submit a White Paper on Industry Thought Leadership included on website and promoted in e-Newsletter
- Highlight an Executive Profile on CEMA website and e-newsletter
- Access to CEMA Membership Email List – one time
- Banner Ad on CEMA website 12 months
- Free registration to all CEMA events
3. Platinum CEMA Corporate IP Membership: ONLY 3 AVAILABLE at $6,000
In addition to the benefits of a Standard Corporate IP Membership:
- An additional member included in membership (up to 5 members)
- Seat on Best Practice Industry Expert Panel web seminar
- CEMA e-Newsletter Sponsorship
- Access to CEMA Membership Email List – twice
- Submit TWO White Papers on Industry Thought Leadership on CEMA website and promoted in CEMA e-Newsletter
- Introduce TWO CEMA Events
- Chair Drop data for regional event
- Banner Ad on CEMA website 12 months
- Host a regional CEMA event at brand side event marketer location

4. Individual ($475) To qualify, the individual must be completely independent or having fewer than five employees or temporary contractors at any time. An Individual Industry Partner membership can be upgraded to a Corporate Industry Partner membership at any time for $525.
INDEPENDENT EVENT MARKETER
Independent Event Marketer ($325) This category is limited to independent consultants who engage in event marketing activities under agreement with technology companies. To qualify, the individual must be completely independent.

Applications for New Industry Providers will not be activated, nor will payment be processed until the recruitment requirement is met.
If you purchased your CEMA membership after September 1, 2011 your membership will be automatically extended through January 31, 2013. No action is required at this time.
If you received your membership as part of your CEMA Summit registration, your membership will expire on January 31, 2012. Renewal is required.
Applications subject to approval by CEMA. Membership expires on January 31, 2013 unless otherwise noted.
